Reinforced PVDF hollow fiber membrane

The PVDF hollow fiber membrane was prepared using non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS). The strength is greatly increased through compositing a reinforcing material the membrane, making it applicable to a worse environment and higher-strength cleaning condition. Meanwhile, the membrane with a good hydrophilcity has improved anti-fouling performance and long-time life.
Pore size: 0.03μm
Inner/outer diameter: 1.0mm/2.2mm
Pure water flux: 700~1200L/(㎡•h), 25℃, 0.1MPa
Characteristics: high flux and filtration precision, excellent oxidation resistance, high strength and good hydrophilicity
